I'm at a loss for titles. OTL
Some of you might remember this guy. ...Then again, maybe not since it's been forever since I've drawn him. :T Anyway, this is Rellz, a very old OC of mine. Admittedly, he's always been one of my favorites, but I haven't been able to actually get him the way I wanted him until now.
Info on him since I do this with everynew character I submit:
He's only 15, but he's a dragon king due his father passing away.
He's paranoid of everything. All the time. No exceptions.
He's also scared of everything, especially horror stories.
The horns on his head are actually crystals. There's a small crystal attached to the choker around his neck as well that symbolizes him as the dragon king.
He's still short. :U /5'2"
Very kind, but also believes everything someone tells him.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactYou know, I'm not usually a fan of anime/manga-styled art, but this pretty well showcases the strong points of the style. Simple, detailed, unique design. Some slight anatomy issues but really nice overall. It could be a little more dynamic, or a little more clear on what his action is (he's sort of just floating in the clouds, but it looks like he's lounging on an invisible sofa). Again, very nice and relatively unique clothing design, but it is marred by some underlying anatomy issues. I'd be thrilled to give this 4's and 5's straight down if the pose and anatomy were cleared up.
